Privacy policy
This site is published by Marie Moreau (Les Chambres de Marie), data controller. It is designed to collect as little data as possible.
Data collected
The contact form collects: first name, email address, phone (optional), preferred dates and message. This data is used only to answer your request and, where applicable, to organise your stay. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures.
Recipients and processors
- Netlify, Inc. (USA), site host and form-handling provider; transfers covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Google (Gmail) for Les Chambres de Marie's mailbox.
No data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Requests are kept for at most 12 months after the last exchange, unless a booking takes place (stay data is then kept as required by law and accounting rules).
Cookies and third-party services
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The Google map only loads after you click; that load may then set cookies governed by Google's privacy policy. Fonts are self-hosted (no calls to Google Fonts).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise it: leschambresdemariereservations@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
